Gatwy's interface is built for power users who manage many connections simultaneously.

Split Panes​

View multiple remote sessions side by side within a single browser tab:

  • Unlimited sessions per tab
  • Resize panes by dragging the divider

Tab Management​

  • Tab drag & drop — reorder tabs freely
  • Create split view — drag one tab onto another to place them side by side
  • Auto-close on disconnect — disconnected session tabs close automatically after a 15-second countdown (with a cancel option)
  • Session persistence — sessions survive a page refresh without reconnecting

Auto-Focus​

Switching between SSH tabs automatically focuses the terminal — no need to click into the terminal area.

Connect-All / Close-All​

  • Connect-all — right-click any folder to open every connection inside it at once
  • Close-all — dismiss all open sessions in one click

Instant search-as-you-type filter in the sidebar, matching:

  • Connection name
  • Hostname / IP address

Connection Tags​

Label connections with tags (e.g. prod, linux, customer-a) and filter the sidebar by tag to quickly isolate a subset of connections.

Dark Theme​

Gatwy ships with a modern dark UI by default.

Per-User SSH Preferences​

Each user can configure personal SSH terminal preferences:

  • Font family and size
  • Color theme
  • Cursor style
  • Scrollback buffer size
